Fairly easy once you get the hang of it but for the lazy here is a solution.
In my eyes it's easier to jump after you fall off the last block you stand on. You can air-jump :D.
I mention that in the description of the YT video itself.....
Shouldn't it be... Impossible?

I actually jumped past the red block the first time, what a mistake. :) Must've had some beginners luck because after that it seemed to take forever. Good tutorial though!
