Needs all medal scores obtained. That's where the real fun (pain) is! But it's not mandatory for getting the NG medals, so that's up to you xD
I know I didnt feel like actually doing that.....I also noticed that some people were able to use stops in stages that didnt have any available according to the high score for each level.....
That's because you get x amount of stops for the WHOLE game. For example, if you used all your stops in the 5th level, you won't get any for the rest of the stages.
